StudioMDA continues their collaborative relationship with the artist, presenting a holistic experience at the intersection between architecture and art. Differing from the other 3 exhibition locations, the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart offers multi-floor exhibition spaces that add another spatial layer to the experience. The 3-floor exhibition covers nearly 12,000 sqft, with a double height space at the center of the 1st floor where the artist has installed a large wall painting. The blacked-out room at the center of the 3rd floor displays Ms. Morris’ film work, surrounded by her paintings and photographs.
